1 lb. chicken breasts
1 tbsp. pine nuts
1 tbsp. chopped almonds
1 tbsp. raisins
4 oz. grated Pecorino Siciliano cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup white wine
3 oranges
fresh dill chopped
salt and pepper
When the morsels are almost done add the third orange sliced and the grated Pecorino Siciliano cheese. Toss and remove from the flame. Sprinkle with the almonds and minced dill. Serve hot
